Maintenance of concrete placing boom

Remote control and electric control system: waterproof, anti-magnetic, anti - impact.

Lubrication point: add lubricating oil regularly.

Hydraulic oil and hydraulic system: anti-pollution, anti-emulsification, often pay attention to the tank level gauge.Once the hydraulic oil is contaminated or emulsified, the placing boom must be stopped immediately and all the hydraulic oil replaced. If the liquid level gauge shows insufficient oil, be sure to fill up.

Conveying pipe: conveying pipe inner wall with concrete direct contact and relative movement, will cause wall wear.When the wall thickness gradually reduced to a certain extent, will not withstand the pressure of the concrete inside the pipe leading to burst, and even cause safety accidents!Therefore, when the placing boom has been used for a long time and the concrete content of the conveying pipe reaches 50% of the conveying pipe life, it is necessary to check the thickness of the pipe wall as a daily work.

Daily cleaning of spatter concrete: due to the frequent spatter of concrete falling from the upper floors, damage to the internal climbing devices (especially the jacking cylinder) must be cleaned frequently, so that the concrete cannot accumulate and condense. Therefore, it is suggested that under the premise of not affecting the normal work, try to cover the internal climbing device to prevent it from being polluted by concrete.
