The difference between step speed and stepless speed regulation of placing boom

Step speed and stepless speed regulation here refer to the control mode of the arm movement of the placing boom.

"Step speed regulation" is to adjust the flow of oil into and out of each boom cylinder through the throttle valve (naturally converted into the telescopic speed of cylinder), which will remain unchanged during the boom movement.

The operation switch of the remote control only plays the role of "open" or "close" to the electromagnetic directional valve in the hydraulic circuit. Therefore, also known as "switch quantity" speed regulation;

"Stepless speed regulation" means that the oil flow in and out of each boom cylinder can be adjusted with the remote control switch (naturally converted into the telescopic speed of cylinder). In the boom movement process, this speed changes fast or slow with the lever's pulling range.That is to say, there is a corresponding "proportional relationship" between the telescopic speed of the cylinder and the actuating range of the lever. Therefore, this "stepless speed regulation" is also known as "proportional control".
