Concrete pump and its working principle
Concrete pump is the abbreviation of the trailer concrete pump.
Concrete pump is a kind of mechanical equipment which USES reciprocating linear motion of concrete conveying cylinder to output ready-mixed concrete at higher than atmospheric pressure.
Now the common s-tube valve pumping mechanism to illustrate its pumping principle:

Working state 1: A cylinder suction, B cylinder discharge concrete;
Working condition 2: B cylinder suction, A cylinder discharge concrete.
When the process of state 1 ends, the S-tube will swing to the exit of cylinder A and enter state 2. At the end of the process of state 2, S-tube swings to the entrance of B cylinder and enters state 1...... And so on.

-1: main oil pump

-2: Hydraulic valves
In the hydraulic system, the function of the hydraulic valve is to control the pressure, flow and direction of oil flow in the oil path according to the design logic, and distribute the pressure oil delivered from the pump to each actuator or to protect the system from overpressure. Its importance is self-evident: if a hydraulic valve does not work properly, it will cause the whole hydraulic system to work abnormal or even paralyzed!
In order to ensure reliability, ZOOMWOLF has selected hydraulic valves of world-class brands in the hydraulic system of concrete pump, such as REXROTH in Germany and VICKERS in the United States.
-3: the radiator
Adopt controllable full flow air cooling to ensure the hydraulic system works under the optimal oil temperature of 60℃ or so.
Even in the highlands, there is no shortage of water or freezing.
The importance of the radiator is to reduce the working temperature of the hydraulic system timely and effectively to ensure that the hydraulic components do not fail due to excessive temperature.
-4: oil tank
Role of hydraulic tank in hydraulic system: storage of hydraulic oil.
In the open system, the hydraulic tank also acts as a buffer to cool the hydraulic oil, because after cooling by the radiator, the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank for natural cooling. In addition to the above basic functions, add filters, vacuum pressure gauge, level gauge, thermometer on the tank body, can filter the hydraulic oil to maintain cleanliness, show whether the amount of oil is enough, whether the temperature is normal.
-5: Manual reversing valve

-6: the PLC
Using programmable controller(PLC) to replace the traditional relay circuit not only simplifies the internal layout of the control cabinet, but also improves the reliability of the circuit.

Unless customers specify special orders for diesel engine brands, ZOOMWOLF concrete pumps
will choose German Deutz series products.
In the past two years, diesel engine control and concrete pump operation control are more
closely combined, forming an integrated "electronic control unit" ECU, gradually replacing the original discrete control mode.
ZOOMWOLF concrete pump is divided into two series: motor drive and diesel drive. The first choice is 110kW for electric motor and 186kW for diesel engine.
-10: Non - contact commutation technique
For more than ten years, ZOOMWOLF concrete pump has been using electric control commutation technology. It is through the moving parts (concrete piston and piston rod) do not contact the proximity switch real-time detection of the limit position of the piston stroke to give electrical signals, and then by the electrical system to control the hydraulic system to complete the reversing process.
